TEST INFORMATION & PREPARATION FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL

NOTE: Standardized tests are used by colleges, community colleges, vocational technical schools, the armed services, and other educational training programs after high school to make admissions and placement decisions.

Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT):
The PSAT/NMSQT gives you firsthand practice for the SAT I, and SAT II: Subject Test in Writing. It also gives you a chance to qualify for scholarship and recognition programs.

PLAN: The PLAN provides 10th grade students with practice for the ACT Assessment test.  This pre-ACT test is comprised of a number of   curriculum-based tests that cover the skills and knowledge that are commonly taught in the nation's schools and are judged to be important for success in both high school and college.
