NOTE: You must enroll for high school courses online with your guidance counselor. Prior approval from your guidance counselor is REQUIRED. The Florida Virtual School (Online): High school students in Alachua County can
enroll in a variety of high school courses that they can complete online through the
Florida Virtual School (formerly Florida High School Online) program. Students who are
interested in enrolling in one of the high school courses offered through this program
must obtain prior approval from their guidance counselor. University of Florida High School Correspondence Courses: Students in Alachua
County can earn up to one credit through the University of Florida Continuing Education
Program. High school students must receive approval from their guidance counselor prior to
enrolling in a high school correspondence course through the University of Florida.
